GENERAL
What is the minimum amount that I can order?
You can order from a minimum of 250 pieces via our shop, www.eelabelfactory.com. Of course you can also place larger orders, but then we ask you (from 8000 pieces) to contact our sales team for a custom quote: info@eelabels.nl
Can I see a sample before ordering?
We’ll send you a pack of examples free or charge. Please order your free samples here, we will ship them on the same day. Also you can order a sample with your own logo.
Can I order other products like packaging, metal / PVC / leather or strapping labels?
EE Labels is your "trusted branding partner". We provide a wide range of products that are necessary to promote your brand image on end products. These cannot yet be ordered via EE Label Factory. We ask that you contact our sales department: info@eelabels.nl
Which file extensions can I use to upload my artwork?
You can upload artwork for your label as a tif, jpeg, gif, or png file.
If you run into problems, please get in touch with our customer service department.
What are the preconditions/rights for use artwork?
You may only upload artwork or logos that are not copyrighted or that you own the rights to yourself. We cannot in any way be held responsible for checking these rights.
WOVEN LABELS
What is the quality of the woven label?
The quality is luxury damask, an excellent quality that perfectly reproduces every detail of your logo.
Which yarn quality do we use for woven labels and size labels?
We work with polyester yarns, 40% of our yarns are recycled for 100% - these yarns are called Newlife yarns. You can find "NewLife" mentioned when selecting the colour. We also work with organic cotton yarns (GOTS-certified).
Can I also order labels with yarn qualities of different material?
You can also use other yarn qualities for your label, such as wool and silk. The colour selection is more limited and your artwork must be suited to it. In addition, larger quantities, higher prices and longer delivery times apply than you’ll find in our online store. Can I receive a sample label with my own artwork?
Our preview will give you a good idea of the end product, but if you want 100% certainty with regard to color and production, then we recommend you have a label woven in advance. A sample will cost € 75,-. The sample will be shipped to you straight from the machine due to the fast delivery time. This means it is not yet cut and folded but you can check the quality of your logo. After ordering your label will be cut and gets the fold you selected.
PRINTED LABELS
What is the quality of printed labels?
We make printed labels on organic cotton or recycled polyester, the ink we use is Oekotex-certified.
Can I upload a logo in more than 1 colour?
On organic cotton we can print logo's in max. 3 colours. On recycled polyester we can print logo's in 4 colours or full-colour. The price for full-colour labels is the same as for 4 coloured logo's.
Can I receive a sample label with my own artwork?

HANGTAGS
What are the available paper qualities?
We offer a selection of many papers, all FSC-certified. Also there are 4 paper qualities that are 100% recycled. If you request a free sample bag you'll receive all of them so that you can make your selection.
Can I upload a logo in more than 1 colour?
On the black paper we can only print in white or silver, on craft paper we only print in black. All the white papers can be printed in 4 colours or full colour.
Can I design the labels myself?
Our shop was designed for you to be able to upload your logo completely, determine the sizes, choose the colours and then order the right quantity.
What is the advantage of ordering online?
The delivery time from direct ordering through our online store is just 7 business days. That is much faster than the conventional ordering method. If you have your own account, you will see your order process and order history.
Up to 4.000 pieces, for more pieces we need a few extra days.
What if I have problems uploading my logo?
You can only upload certain files (tif, jpeg, gif and png). Also you can find our design tips here. Did you already use the right format and it still does not work? Try a different internetbrowser, for example Google Chrome instead of Safari.

How do I know if my order got through when I have not yet received confirmation?
After completing the entire ordering process and submitting payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received anything, please contact our customer service because something went wrong.
Can I cancel my order after I have paid and received an order confirmation?
Your order goes directly to production planning to guarantee the 7-business-day delivery time. So once you have received an order confirmation from us, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
How can I make a re-order?
Would you like to order an article again? Please log-in to your account and click on order history. From the order history you can place an article into your shopping cart again. From there you can change the quantity if you wish.
Do I receive discount on a re-order?
For re-orders you don't receive extra discount. The advantage of ordering bigger quantities is already calculated in the price.
Do I receive discount if I order several labels with a similar design?
If you'd like to order more labels with only a small difference in the design you can e-mail us for a discount. Depending on the order quantity, the amount of colours and the difference we give you the right discount.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by courier. Within NL and BE, we ship via GLS, outside of that we use Seabourne. You will receive an e-mail from us with the track and trace information once the package has been shipped.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
We guarantee a delivery time of 7 business days. If everything is in order, you’ll receive an e-mail from us once your order has been shipped. Check the track and trace details that were in the e-mail to follow your shipment.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: shipment with track & trace code, €9,50 ex. VAT
Within EU: shipment with track & trace code, €19,50 ex. VAT
Outside the EU: shipment with track & trace code, €42,50 ex. VAT
If I order multiple items, will the entire order be sent at once?
If you have ordered several items at the same time, they will be sent as one order.
What are the legal conditions for uploading a logo?
You may only upload artwork or logos that are not copyrighted or that you own the rights to yourself. We cannot in any way be held responsible for checking these rights.
What payment methods are available?
To accommodate every customer as much as possible we offer various options for payment in advance : IDEAL, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort and Maestro.
What if I can not pay online?
Do you have problems completing the payment online? Try to refresh the website and log-in again. It can also help to use a different internet browser.
When do I receive the invoice?
Your official invoice is made after we ship the labels. Right after placing you order you will and should receive an order confirmation.
Can I pay afterwards by bank transfer?
Only regular EE Labels customers have the option to pay afterwards. These long-term relationships give us more payment security. We count on your understanding and hope to build that kind of relationship with you.
Why am I being charged a colour surcharge?
The standard price for a woven label is calculated on the basis of 1 foundation color (= background color) and 1 figure color. If your artwork contains multiple figure colours, then an extra % will be charged for this simply because it takes longer to weave.
What if I’m not happy with the labels I received?
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, we'll be happy to discuss them with you. It’s our aim to have satisfied customers. Not completely satisfied with the final result? Complaints must be sent by e-mail, within 3 working days after receiving your order, with a clear explanation. We’ll get back to you within 1 working day.
What is a well-founded complaint for rejecting an order?
Our quality control checks your order carefully, along with the order confirmation before the order is sent. But errors can still sometimes be overlooked. A flaw due to snapped yarn, a wrong colour .... Let us know by e-mail within 3 working days after receiving your order, with a clear explanation. We always supply about 5% extra of the ordered quantity in case some pieces don’t meet our strict quality standards.
