Encouragement price fashion graduates

In 2020 EE Labels introduced the EE GRADUATION GIFT – a prize meant for talented graduates of European Academies starting their own brands. All European graduates from Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, AMFI Amsterdam, University of Arts in London and Berlin Fashion School could join the competition by sending the artwork for their own brand label.

We are happy to present Florentina Leitner as the first ever WINNER of this support prize for starting her own brand. 

Starting your own fashion brand

250 woven or printed labels with your own design! When starting a (fashion)brand the logo labels are a small but important detail. Designing a logo for a brand together with the material choice for labels is a big choice. 

Where many graduates previously aspired to work for big brands – nowadays starting your own (fashion) brand has become a popular choice. Offering a lot of freedom, space for creativity and of course your own set-up. 

Financially the start can be harder. With this prize we take care of the first investment in your labels. Fashion graduates sent their designs to the EE Labels team. In the design studio, FLORENTINA LEITNER, was selected as our first winner!
